LittleYellowBall doesn’t usually publish on Tuesdays, but I happened to catch the very beginning of a St. Petersburg tournament on television this morning. It was the wackiest, most preposterous, over-the-top player introduction I’ve ever seen. I just had to share it with you.

OMG, this reminds me of turn-back-the-clock Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and miss America pageant prior to this year… So sexist. I will try to laugh with you so I am not so mortified.
I love how the players manage to keep a straight face. You know they have to be thinking, “OMG, this is sooooo stupid…”
The players look rather uncomfortable with the whole spectacle! Too funny.
